生菜300克、红柿子椒一块、大蒜6瓣、蚝油适量、生抽适量、水淀粉少少、油适量

【建造步调】

1、将生菜冲洗洁净，我用的球生菜，将球生菜撕成小块。

1. Rinse the lettuce and tear the lettuce into small pieces.

2、红柿子椒切成颗粒状，大蒜切成末。

2. Cut red persimmon pepper into granules, and garlic into powder.

3、锅里进入充足水烧开，水量进入一点盐和一点油。

4、放入生菜烫变色后快捞出。

5、另起锅进入适量油，放入大蒜末煸炒出香味。

一、生菜有两种，一种球生菜和一种一般的生菜，球生菜做出来口感更脆少少，别的一种生菜也能够接纳一样技巧来做；

两焯水的时分进入油和盐是为了给生菜略微入底味和色彩更悦目；
